At 6fiftyfive Australia, we want you to be stoked with your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a smooth 14-day return window to get you back on track. Here's the rundown on how it works:
What Can Be Returned:
Didn't quite love your new gear? No worries! You can return full-price items for a full refund. Think of it as a test drive – just make sure the gear is in pristine condition for the next shredder.
Keeping it Fresh:
To qualify for a return, your gear needs to be in pristine condition. Imagine borrowing it from a friend for a quick run – it should be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. This ensures the next adventurer gets fresh gear too!
Initiating a Return:
Ready to return your gear? Simply send an email to our awesome customer service crew at info@6fiftyfive.com. Be sure to include your name, contact number, order number, and the reason for your return. They'll be happy to guide you through the process and send you a Return Request Form with clear instructions on how to send your gear back. Important: Products sent back must first request a return to be accepted.
Shipping it Back:
When returning your gear, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we can't guarantee we'll receive it, we also can't be responsible for lost packages. The return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Packing it Up:
Make sure your gear is securely packaged in suitable materials (like a cardboard box or bubble wrap) to avoid any damage during transit. Don't forget to include the Return Request Form inside the package!
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned gear, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Return Conditions:
14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Original Packaging & Condition: The gear must be in its original packaging and undamaged, with protective film still on the lenses ( only applied for the Sirius Ski Goggles)
Unworn: Returned gear must be unworn and free of any wear or sweat marks.
Damage Upon Return:
If your returned gear shows signs of wear or damage upon inspection (like scratches, sweat marks, or general wear and tear), your refund or store credit request may be denied. In this case, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost to get your gear back.
Exclusions:
Lens Scratches & Wear and Tear: Please note that 6fiftyfive Australia doesn't cover lens scratches, general wear and tear, mishandling, or abuse of any products.
Exchanges:
While we don't offer exchanges for change of mind after an item has shipped, we do offer exchanges in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Products: If your gear arrives defective or damaged, contact customer support within 3 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange for a replacement or a suitable solution as per our warranty policy.
Incorrect Item Shipped: Did we accidentally send you the wrong item? Let us know within 3 days of receiving your order, and we'll get the correct item shipped to you right away, along with instructions for returning the incorrect item.
